Joseph Harvey

Joseph brings senior hospitality finance experience across luxury resorts and hotel openings. His career includes service as Vice President of Finance at Grace Bay Resorts, Director of Finance at Conrad Miami and The Wigwam, and Regional Controller with Ian Schrager Management.

He also served as pre-opening Director of Finance at Sè San Diego, formerly the Setai San Diego, bringing financial leadership to the development and opening process.

Joseph co-founded Pinnacle Hospitality Advisors and leads owner relationships and engagement structure at Pinnacle HTL. He helps define scope, decision rights and financial reporting expectations, coordinating responsibilities across ownership, development teams, operators and advisers.

Kashmie Ali

Kashmie served as Managing Director of Sailrock South Caicos and held senior operations responsibility at Jade Mountain and Anse Chastanet. His work spans P&L oversight, pre-opening, revenue, sales, owner relations and luxury guest experience.

He has led portfolios of up to 12 hotels and operating teams of more than 1,000 associates. His background includes independent luxury, branded and all-inclusive hotels, residential hospitality and marina-integrated resorts in the United States and Caribbean.
